  2. I aim to get back to you immediately, will ask a few questions to ensure I understand your culture and brand voice, then get to work.
  3. Expect free samples within one day for edited AI, two days for augmented AI and three days for 100% human written — including weekends.
  4. Meet via Zoom or use email to discuss the sample — you can request a free revision at this point. Revisions are an important part of the process — especially early on — so be fully honest about what you need so we can achieve your vision.
  5. If you’re happy with the sample and ready to move forward, we’ll discuss a suitable posting frequency. I’m on-hand to liaise with relevant departments, such as marketing, HR and social media at any time to execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure topics and themes are aligned with company goals.

What’s the Content Creation Process?

The exact process is customised to your brand and preferred working style, especially when it comes to collaboration. You can be as involved in or removed from ideation and strategy as you choose, but both are included in the cost.

Here’s a run down of how the writing process works:

  • Onboarding: Complete a questionnaire and provide a foundational understanding of your brand, goals and priorities and send over any relevant documentation.
  • Research: I’ll get stuck into research immediately, discovering your brand’s identity, values, online presence and conducting market research into your audience for ideation.
  • Free blog post: You receive a free 500 word blog post to assess fit – Google Docs is my preferred platform as it has excellent collaboration tools for revision requests.
  • Contract: After getting the green flag, I send over a rolling contract for you to read and sign. Then I send an invoice, you approve my proposed topics (or provide content briefs) for the month and I start writing as soon as payment lands.
  • Revisions: You’re encouraged to be ultra picky and highlight any issues through revision requests or by writing comments on the Google Doc. The more specific you are, the better each piece will get. After a few rounds, you’ll barely rely on them. I have 24 hours to complete revision requests, after which a late charge of £10 applies for each day, to be refunded from your next month’s bill. Additional revisions after three are charged at £50.
  • Meetings: We can have meetings via Zoom or Teams whenever you require, and I’m available via email between 7am and 7pm GMT. Ideation is an ongoing process, and I’ll always have a bank of concepts and topics for hub, spoke and pillar content. Writer’s block is not something I’ve ever struggled with!

Depending on whether you’d prefer for me to own ideation and strategy or you’re driving it, I can request approval for my content briefs or await your briefs as required.
