Damage Control

We’re taught to look for red flags in other people, to identify the narcissists, liars, self-serving folks, and energy vampires.

But what happens when you wake up one day and realise you’re holding yourself back? Maybe you’ve hurt others, too.

This isn’t a place for victims or somewhere to be mad at your parents (though we know they started it). It is a safe house for the chronically detached, accidental villains who learned to survive by shutting down, lashing out, or manipulating.

You built a suit of armour to survive a war that ended twenty years ago. Now, you’re just a person in a metal suit knocking over everything you try to touch.

It’s time to take it off.

Welcome to Damage Control.
